Inside a Session:

Intuitive Guidance sessions are 60-minutes or 90-minutes in length and may be accompanied by guided grounding meditation, somatic (body) tracking and gentle nervous system support along with collaborative sharing of insights, questions and reflections, depending on your intention and unique needs.

  • What brings you to an Intuitive Guidance & Support Session is entirely your own. Your intention will serve as a guiding thread, shaping the focus of our time together and influencing the clarity and alignment you take into your life. Take a moment to reflect on what feels most alive or important to explore—whether it’s a specific challenge, a desire for clarity, or an area of life you’d like to align more fully with your values.

    To support the flow of our session, I recommend arriving well-nourished: eat a grounding meal, hydrate, rest, and create a moment of stillness beforehand to settle into your body. This will allow you to be present and ready to engage fully in the experience.

  • While each session is tailored to your unique needs, Intuitive Guidance & Support Sessions follow a natural flow that combines presence, exploration, and practical guidance.

    We’ll begin by grounding into the space together, often with a brief meditation or moment of stillness to connect and center. From there, we’ll explore your intentions or areas of focus for the session.

    As we move through our time together, our conversation will be guided by curiosity and intuition, with space to explore insights, reflect on patterns, and co-create actionable steps. Practical tools, somatic practices, or reflections may be offered to support your alignment and growth in ways that feel nourishing and achievable.

    Each session is an opportunity to align more deeply with your truth while gaining clarity and confidence in the steps ahead.

  • After our session, I will share practical self-care reminders and tips to help you anchor the clarity and insights gained. Because these sessions are more action-oriented, I encourage you to carve out some quiet time to reflect and begin integrating the steps we discussed into your daily life.

    A grounding practice, such as journaling, a nourishing meal, or a mindful walk, can help you embody the shifts explored in our time together. I also recommend starting with one or two actionable steps that feel most aligned and achievable, allowing the integration to unfold naturally.

    Within a few days of your session, you’ll receive a follow-up email containing key takeaways, any resources or tools mentioned, and additional reflections to support your process. This follow-up ensures you have the support you need to move forward with clarity and confidence.
